To prioritize your safety and provide the highest standard of care, we require a $35 one-time annual new patient health screening prior to treatment. During this virtual review, a licensed medical provider will assess your health history, current medications, and personal treatment goals to determine medical eligibility for the services you select.

Once approved, your clearance remains valid for 12 months for those specific services. If you experience a significant change in your medical history or medications, or if you choose to add a new service that was not included during your initial screening, an additional $35 medical review will be required.
